摘 要
律師執(zhí)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已經(jīng)成為阻礙我國律師業(yè)健康、有序發(fā)展的1大疾患。如何正確認(rèn)識與解決律師執(zhí)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題已是迫在眉睫。提高執(zhí)業(yè)律師地位、轉(zhuǎn)變司法人員觀念、完善相關(guān)立法，是解決律師執(zhí)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題的重要途徑和措施，它對于改善整個(gè)司法環(huán)境具有10分重要的意義。
