從英漢文化差異的角度來理解英語的表達特點

Comprehending the English Expressions from the Perspective of Differences Between English and Chinese Cultures
Abstract
Language is the carrier of culture and reflects different cultural backgrounds. At the same time, language is restricted by culture. Learning or using a foreign language involves not only in understanding of the language itself but also a complete knowledge about the cultural background. So the thesis first probes into the relationship between language and culture from aspects of mutual reflection and mutual influences. Then it states the factors that influence language expression: historical background, religions and beliefs, living environment and geographic positions. At last it makes an analysis of cultural differences on lexical level and syntactic level.

摘 要
語言是文化的載體,語言反映不同的文化背景，同時又受文化的制約。因此成功的學習和運用外語不但需要深刻理解這種語言，更需要透徹了解與這種語言密切相關(guān)的文化。因此本論文首先從語言與文化的相互反映，相互影響論述了語言與文化的關(guān)系，然后分析了影響語言表達的因素：歷史背景，宗教信仰，生活環(huán)境和地理位置。最后對英漢詞匯，句法的文化差異進行了分析。
