避免簡(jiǎn)歷中最大的誤區(qū)：言過于實(shí)
寫作簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)有一個(gè)大家經(jīng)常犯的大錯(cuò)誤，那就是"言過于實(shí)"。這一點(diǎn)尤其是畢業(yè)生一定要牢記，寫簡(jiǎn)歷，不是寫小說，一定要實(shí)事求是。大家都想在簡(jiǎn)歷中能夠盡可能地表現(xiàn)出自己的`能力，讓自己能在眾多的求職者中脫穎而出，這一點(diǎn)無(wú)可厚非，但是過分地在簡(jiǎn)歷中夸大只能適得其反，要記住，"白色的謊言"仍然是謊言。如果招聘單位發(fā)現(xiàn)你簡(jiǎn)歷中夸大其詞，你將會(huì)被毫不猶豫地淘汰。
Every year, I see resumes from students who try to "stretchthe truth" in order to sound more desirable on paper. Resumeinflation. This lack of honesty, when discovered, becomes aninstant knockout factor which disqualifies that person from furtherconsideration. Corporate recruiters are paid to screen people out,and the quickest and surest way to do so is when a "white lie" (itis still a lie, white or black) or exaggeration is found。
A recent graduate attempted to show experience in a computerlanguage by placing it on his resume. It generated calls, but italso generated rejection letters when it became apparent that hedid not really have a foundational understanding of the language.Doors were shut (very hard, I might add) which could have otherwisebeen open to him�！ emember, the resume is not a work of fiction. While it shouldemphasize the positive, it should never emphasize what does notexist。
